We’re seriously proud to keep our Michelin star in 2025. It’s a nod to everything we believe in at Cookies Cream: bold plant-based cooking, curious minds in the kitchen, and a team that cares about every detail.
Since Nicholas Hahn stepped in as head chef in 2023, the kitchen’s had fresh energy—and it shows. His creative take on vegetables, technique, and flavour keeps pushing us forward.


But the magic doesn’t stop there. Sam and Nicole from our bar team keep raising the game with outstanding alcohol-free pairings—bold, thoughtful, and made in-house to match every dish. Sommelier Camille keeps our wine list exciting and ever-evolving, while restaurant manager Anne makes sure the whole experience runs smooth as silk.
Our dishes start with great ingredients, from our garden in Krielow to the farmers, winemakers, and producers we’ve built real relationships with. Sustainability isn’t a trend here, it’s how we cook, source, and plan for the future.
