We’ve just been awarded the highest rating—3 stars—by the Sustainable Restaurant Association through their Food Made Good certification. That makes us one of only three restaurants in Germany to complete the process and get top marks.
But for us, sustainability has never been about chasing awards. It’s about doing the work. Asking questions. Making better choices. And being honest about what we can improve.
So what got us here?
– A fully vegetarian (mostly vegan) menu
– Local suppliers we know by name (and usually hug)
– Wine delivered by bike (cheers, 8greenbottles)
– 100% green electricity and energy-saving systems
– Cooking to match reservations—less waste, more taste
– Reuse, recycling, and sharing leftovers next door
– A long-term project in Tanzania supporting access to education
We’re not perfect. But we’re proud to be setting a new standard for what sustainable fine dining can look like.
