At Cookies Cream tradition meets the future. Back in 2007, there were no recipes and no rules for a vegetarian fine dining restaurant in Berlin. So we created a cuisine of our own which is about using modern techniques of processing, as well as old knowledge of ingredients.
During growing time, we get most of our supplies freshly harvested from our farmer in Krielow/Brandenburg. Our dishes change with the seasons and though we have a focus on regional products, we’re inspired by many places and their produce. During autumn and winter, preserving and fermenting allow us to send beams from the summery fields of Brandenburg onto our plates. Cookies Cream is ever changing and never the same, always true to our belief in pristine products – carefully chosen, respectfully prepared, lovingly served.
