On Wednesday, 31 December 2025, Cookies Cream opens its doors for one exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner – a night to eat, drink, and welcome 2026 in true Cookies style!
We’ll start the evening with a welcome drink at 19:00 before sitting down for an eight-course vegetarian tasting menu at 20:00 – full of creativity, flavour, and a few surprises from Chef Nicholas Hahn and the team.
THE MENU
We won’t reveal all the magic just yet, but here’s a taste of what’s to come:
Think: winter roots, truffle, citrus, smoke, crunch.
Expect a luxurious eight-course menu built around winter’s finest ingredients, with plenty of fresh truffle, deep, earthy flavours, and silky textures. Each course is crafted with precision and playfulness – balancing richness with brightness, and warmth with a hint of surprise.
Think velvety sauces, delicate crunch, and layers of aroma and depth that turn the season’s ingredients into something extraordinary.
