The designer & maker behind Cookies World spaces since 2010.

In restaurants, there’s the visible magic — the plates, the drinks, the mood. And then there’s the invisible magic: the way a room feels. The details. The furniture. The flow. The craftsmanship that makes a space look effortless — even if it took days (or weeks) of building.
That’s where Daniel Scott comes in.
Daniel is one of those rare people who can take an idea and turn it into something real with his hands — designing and fabricating furniture, structures and interiors for gastronomy, bars and restaurants. And he’s been doing it inside Cookies World for a long time.
Daniel joined Cookies World back in 2010, originally landing in Berlin as an Australian creative with a hands-on talent — and first stepping into the Cookies universe as assistant to Herr Schumann. Since then, he’s become a crucial part of the team — working across Crackers, Cookies Cream, and beyond.

Daniel’s work is a mix of furniture design, fabrication and construction, custom builds for gastronomy, and constant creative problem solving (because hospitality always comes with surprises…). He’s a maker in the purest sense — the person who helps spaces become experiences.
Alongside his work within Cookies World, Daniel has been involved in exciting projects around Berlin’s restaurant scene, including: Funky Fisch, Kuchi, Madame Ngo, and private clients. But even with those external builds, he remains a key part of what makes Cookies spaces unmistakably Cookies.

If you’ve ever sat on something comfortable, leaned on a perfectly built surface, or walked into a room that just works — Daniel’s craft is probably behind it.
