On June 13th, Cookies Cream’s new chef, Nicholas Hahn, takes over the kitchen for his first LOVERS BY THE WATER gig! Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, the venue sets the stage for a Michelin-star dining experience under the open skies, offering guests a perfect blend of natural beauty and gastronomic brilliance.
Guests will be treated to a succession of meticulously crafted dishes, including tuber celery paired with fava beans and fermented strawberries, a refreshing blend of textures and flavours that promise to intrigue and satisfy. As the stars begin to twinkle, the menu continues with a series of standout dishes such as honey tomatoes with kohlrabi and mustard, and radish with cauliflower and saffron. Each course is thoughtfully paired with either a fine wine or an alcohol-free alternative, as well as delicious cocktails prepared by our talented bar manager Sam.
The evening will culminate with a dessert that is as artistic as it is delicious. The menu’s final delight, an assortment of handmade chocolates, promises a sweet end to a night of culinary exploration.
