On Monday, 6th October, Cookies Cream transforms for one unforgettable night, hosting Zurich’s Bar am Wasser and its visionary founder Dirk Hany for a collaboration that unites fine dining and fine drinking at the very highest level.
In Berlin for Bar Convent, Hany brings his acclaimed Liquid Kitchen philosophy to Cookies Cream – treating cocktails with the same creativity, structure, and precision as haute cuisine. For the first time in Berlin, guests will experience this concept along with Chef Nicholas Hahn’s modern vegetarian cuisine and the craftsmanship of Bar Manager Sam Doyle.
The result? A six-course menu curated exclusively for the night – from asparagus, almond, milk to Enoki, truffle, pancake– each dish paired with cocktails crafted to mirror and magnify the flavours. Among them, Hany’s iconic Habanero Negroni, smoky, spicy, and unforgettable.
